Management of emotional intelligence and administration of non-communicable disease screening for posyandu cadres

This condition brings social, economic unhealthy lifestyle changes so that there concern will be increase in non-communicable diseases (NCDs). community service a continuation of the previous program which has formed groups concerned with healthy lifestyles training screening prevention NCDs. The aims to enable health cadres able understand apply management emotional intelligence for themselves others as well administration NCDs their respective posyandu. was attended by 14 participants. activity carried out using discussion method practice administrative management. At end training, assessment level provision equipment grants implementation. results showed 57% had high intelligence, 29% are moderate 14% low. Emotional non-cadres 84.62% 7.69% low, respectively. Mann Whitney test proves lower than non-cadres.
